The new myPhonak offers enhanced functionality and a redesigned interface, providing a seamless and personalized hearing experience. With myPhonak, users have access to advanced hearing controls and customization options for their Phonak hearing aids, as well as the ability to track their health data.*

The Remote Control feature allows users to easily adjust their hearing aids to match their personal preferences in various listening situations. Users can effortlessly change the volume and adjust features like noise reduction and microphone directionality. They can also select pre-defined programs specifically designed for different listening environments. For more precise customization, users can utilize the equalizer presets (default, comfort, clarity, softer, etc.) or adjust specific sound frequencies using the sliders (bass, middle, treble).

The Remote Support feature enables users to have virtual appointments with their hearing care professional via live video calls for remote adjustments to their hearing aids. Appointments can be scheduled for added convenience.

The Health section offers a wide range of functions, including step tracking*, wearing time monitoring*, customizable goals setting*, activity levels tracking*, heart rate monitoring**, and distance measuring***.

MyPhonak allows users to configure Tap Control settings, set cleaning reminders, and provides additional information such as battery level and status updates of connected hearing aids and accessories.

Compatible with Phonak hearing aids featuring Bluetooth® connectivity, myPhonak supports a variety of devices including Phonak Naída™ (Lumity), Phonak CROS™ (Lumity), Phonak Audéo Fit™ (Lumity), Phonak Slim™ L (Lumity), Phonak Audéo™ L (Lumity), Phonak CROS™ P (Paradise), Phonak Audéo Fit™ (Paradise), Phonak Audéo Life™ (Paradise), Phonak Virto™ P-312 (Paradise), Phonak Naída™ P (Paradise), Phonak Audéo™ P (Paradise), Phonak Audéo™ M (Marvel), Phonak Bolero™ M (Marvel), Phonak Virto™ M-312 (Marvel), Phonak Naída™ M-SP (Marvel), Phonak Naída™ Link M (Marvel), and Phonak Audéo™ B-Direct***.

Please note that Advanced Remote Control and Remote Support features are not available for the Phonak Audéo™ B-Direct hearing aid.
